Dr Yates Julio Canipe joined the Air Force at 17 as a high school drop out. He retired as a Major with a PhD. Thereafter he spent 30 years in business from running large engineering organizations to raising millions in venture capital for his own companies to turning around bankrupt or near bankrupt companies to going independent and building and guiding others to do the same.

As you read this review, have you ever wondered that everything we do has communication skills at its foundation?
The book's title indicates that it will be helpful to sales-people and how they may communicate in the business world to create more sales. Yes, I agree, and immensely so. However its content goes beyond that - it can, and probably should, be applied to any interaction between two or more humans in any and every area you can imagine...could you imagine that?!
Now aside from the book's content, it could use a dose of editing to make it a little more reader friendly. I was willing to overlook this detail and keep focussed on its powerful content. Accordingly, I thoroughly recommend it.

I just finished reading this wonderful book. The professional looking layout and presentation makes it easy and fun to read and understand. The part about "congruency" really helped me a lot. Most of the QUANTUM SELLING content reminded me of the SPEED SELLING TOO comb-bound manual with flash cards. The added pages of revisions and updates alone are worth the price of the book. I recommend this book for anyone wishing to excel in their chosen career field, whether it be sales or any area of their life endeavor !
