Although the title suits, it doesn't strongly enough describe the value of this text, primarily to pathologists of any ilk who deal with or are interested in cardiovascular pathology, but also to those clinicians or surgeons who may have a particular interest in cardiac pathology or a need to look something up for better understanding. It is a high yield text with quality images, a number of tables and 'practical points' boxes, and a tendency to provide everything you need to know in an understandable format.
